Engagement

City Stop engaged NRC to serve as exclusive financial advisor in connection with the sale of its portfolio of high quality convenience store assets. NRC developed an extensive list of prospective purchasers who were contacted in order to determine levels of interest. This was an extremely sought after group of stores, and after several rounds of bidding by several bidders, S&S Fuels, based in Littleton, Colorado, emerged as the winning bidder.
