NRC served as financial advisor to the company in connection with the refinancing of the company and the subsequent sale of the company’s convenience store portfolio. NRC prepared requests for proposal for refinancing of the company’s prior senior indebtedness and assisted the company in negotiating and closing the refinancing. NRC subsequently represented the company in the sale of its extensive convenience store portfolio and managed several rounds of bidding in an extremely complicated transaction. Pester Marketing Company, based in Denver, Colorado, was the successful bidder for the assets.
