“We ultimately concluded for a number of reasons that it was the right time to sell. Although we faced some headwinds in getting this done, especially in the face of Covid-19, we were able to achieve our objectives, due in large part to the assistance we received from our team of financial advisors at NRC Realty & Capital Advisors.”

President | Pride C-Stores, Inc.
Assets
Seven company-owned and operated convenience stores located in northeastern Indiana, each of which sold fuel under the CITGO banner.
Engagement
NRC served as financial advisor to the company in connection with the sale of its convenience store portfolio. Although the sale process commenced at the beginning of Covid-19, NRC was able to navigate through those issues and develop a robust list of prospective purchasers. After several rounds of bidding, Mac’s Convenience Stores LLC, a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., emerged as the winning bidder.
