Eight company-owned and operated convenience stores located in southern Maryland, five of which offered in-store Subway locations and each of which sold fuel under the Shell brand.
Engagement
NRC served as the company’s financial advisor to assist it in evaluating its options. The company ultimately decided to sell its convenience store portfolio to focus on other aspects of its business. There was a great deal of interest in the portfolio, and NSR Petro Services, LLC, based in Greenbelt, Maryland, was the high bidder in the process.
