Engagement
NRC was engaged by the Company to sell its convenience store assets in a private controlled sale. NRC reached out to prospective purchasers, to determine their level of interest approved by the Company, who were contacted in order to determine their interest in the transaction. Family Express Corporation, based in Valparaiso, Indiana, quickly expressed interest in the transaction and moved quickly to submit a very attractive offer, which the Company accepted.
